Aqua Videre Villa 224B Jolly Harbour Antigua
Aqua Videre is a privately owned, two bedroom waterfront villa in an enviable position on the desirable South Finger of Jolly Harbour. It is less than a five minutes stroll to the famous Jolly Beach and its beach bars - one of the finest beaches on Antigua!
Antigua has a tropical climate and enjoys hot sunny weather all year round with temperatures at night rarely dropping below 26 °C (79 °F)
Jolly Harbour is a gated community and marina on the west coast of Antigua. It is a unique location, the Caribbean sea sweeps around the ‘fingers’ creating water-fronted houses with decking and jetties directly over the water. Jolly Harbour is well served with many open-air restaurants and bars around the marina (also only a five minute walk from the villa), many hosting live bands creating a vibrant nightlife. Other amenities include an international supermarket with delicatessen (includes Waitrose goods), pharmacy, health centre, ATMs, car hire, swimming pool, sport centre and golf course.
The villa is newly refurbished with a modern finish. The master bedroom contains a super-king sized bed and has a large balcony with views over the water and the Sleeping Indian hills. The second double bedroom contains twin beds and directly accesses a ‘Jack & Jill’ bathroom with ‘his and hers’ sinks.
A separate WC is located on the ground-floor. There is a modern fully-fitted kitchen with a range-style oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and a wine fridge. An extended decking creates a very large outside area that contains a dining table & chairs, loungers, comfortable rattan furniture and a Char Broil gas BBQ.
An 18 feet finger pier enables a boat mooring.
The villa is west-facing so the famous Caribbean sunsets can be enjoyed either from the patio/decking
or from the spacious first floor balcony.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.
Awnings are provided above both the balcony and decking areas – trust me you’ll need them!

High season: November – May $1800 per week (~ £1500 depending on Ex rate)
Low season: June – October $1550 per week
